Japanese-speaking staff are on site during opening hours. Please just ask if anything comes up.

Each room comes with its own direct telephone number, ready to use.

Wireless LAN is available throughout the office.
Office furniture
A desk, chair and telephone come as standard.
Shared fax number
You can send and receive on the shared office fax number.
Mail handling
We receive and send post on your behalf, so you do not have to make trips to the post office.
Booking assistance
We can arrange taxis, hotels and similar on your behalf.
Meeting and seminar rooms
The reception and seminar rooms of Personnel Consultant, in the adjacent building, are available to you.
Entry records
Entry is recorded via card key. On request we can provide a report of your staff's entry records by room.
Registered address
The address may be used for company registration, and of course on your business cards.

One extra line can be added per room.
Call answering
Our reception staff answer on your behalf while you are away.

- The shared pantry has a hot and cold water dispenser, a microwave and a toaster, free to use.

- A high-performance Canon printer and fax machine are available for shared use (charges apply).
- Advertising panel
- You can run a company slideshow on the monitors inside and outside the office, and place leaflets in the reception area.
